About Us

Who we are

Read all about who we are and what we do as a church, our identity as part of the global Salvation Army and our services and heart for the Miramar Peninsula.

The Salvation Army Miramar:

The Salvation Army Miramar is an expression of the global Salvation Army church, located in the heart of Miramar. Our vision is to be a growing, vibrant and generous community of Christ followers; helping people come to know Jesus, joining together in passionate prayer, worship and learning, and serving all with God’s love.

The Salvation Army Miramar exists to serve our community, connect with families and provide spiritual and material support through our church and community services. Please pop in or call our office if we can offer support in any way!

Join us for church!

We gather as a community each Sunday at 10am for church. Our services are around 1hour 15mins and are all-ages friendly. We spend time singing together, celebrating and sharing, being generous, learning together and enjoying morning tea!

We offer great spaces and activities for kids too, with trained and safe-practice certified leaders.

We'd love to meet you!

We are #formiramar.

We are a church that wants to be known by what we're for, not against.

What We Do:

We offer a range of church and social programmes to serve the Miramar community.

The Salvation Army International:

The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian church. Its message is based on the Bible. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God. Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.
